Aloha, I welcome your call or email. I am a licensed Marriage & Family Therapist and have been working with clients for over 20 years in the field of hypnotherapy, coaching, wellness counseling and mindfulness.
The combination of blended talk therapy with other healing modalities provide additional resources for my clients and patients. Hypnotherapy, NLP, Timeline Therapy, Mindfulness Therapy, incorporated with traditional therapy help you to release anxiety, stress and unwanted thoughts, and change behavior to reset your intentions to live mindfully and stay present.

Mindfulness therapy, hypnotherapy, CBT, DBT and Somatic Therapy, has helped individuals, couples, and family members to release unwanted thoughts, manage stress, address life challenges and achieve more balance in one's life. Self care is the first step.
Therapy is part of that first step in creating your wellness plan and provides a safe place to explore patterns, relationships, life values, self awareness, boundaries, past trauma, emotional pain, family issues and provides a quiet place to restore emotional well being and provide additional insight into your personal healing and next steps.
